Homemade Healthier Gatorade

No artificial dyes, no refined sugar, no artificial flavors. Just real food, nutrients, and electrolytes to truly nourish performance!

Each flavor makes 16oz. Feel free to double the recipe for sharing or continued use.

Serves: 8

Ingredients

Orange

  • 8 oz Orange Juice
  • 6 oz Coconut Water
  • 2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Lemon Lime

  • 8 oz Lemonade, No Sugar Added
  • 6 oz Coconut Water
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Glacier Freeze (blue cherry)

  • 8 oz Lemonade, No Sugar Added
  • 7 oz Coconut Water
  • 1 oz Cherry Juice, Organic
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/8 tsp Spirulina Powder, Blue
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Fruit punch

  • 8 oz Fruit Punch, No Sugar Added, Uncle Matt’s preferred brand
  • 6 oz Coconut Water
  • 2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Process

  1. For each flavor add all ingredients to a mason jar, shake, pour over ice, and enjoy!
  2. Keep stored in the fridge and give a good shake prior to enjoying
