Sour Apple + Watermelon Gummies

Another childhood favorite of yours, but without the dyes, corn syrup, or artificial flavors! These only require 4 nourishing ingredients and they’re super easy to make!

Ingredients

Sour Apple Gummies

  • 1 cup Apple Juice, Unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder, *
  • 4 Tbsp Grass-Fed Gelatin

Sour Watermlon Gummies

  • 1 cup Watermelon, Juice
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 4 Tbsp Grass-Fed Gelatin

Process

  1. Make each flavor separately
  2. Combine lemon & apple or watermelon juice, honey, and gelatin together in a pot and stir to combine until gelatin dissolves
  3. Let sit for a few minutes, and it will thicken into a gelatin bloom
  4. Place on stove over medium heat. Once dissolved again, use droppers that come with your molds, or a funnel to pour juice into silicone molds
  5. Refrigerate at least an hour
  6. Remove from mold and toss in vitamin c powder. Enjoy!
  7. The gummies you’re not eating right away I wouldn’t coat them in powder until ready to eat
