Cosmic Brownie Protein Ice Cream

Made with my healthier cosmic brownies! Which are gluten free, dairy free, dye free, and refined sugar free!
The ice cream itself only takes 4 ingredients, then I chopped 1/4 of the cosmic brownie recipe into the ice cream mixture it’s super smooth and creamy!

Serves: 12
Ingredients
- 20 oz Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder, Raw
- 3 Tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder
- 4 pieces Copycat Cosmic Brownies (vegan, gluten free) (click for recipe)

Process
- In a high power blender or food processor blend together cottage cheese, syrup, cacao, and chocolate protein until smooth. Scrape the edges in between to assure ultimate creaminess
- Fold in chopped cosmic brownies
- Pour into 9×5 loaf tin and top with 1 more chopped brownie if desired
- Freeze for 4-5 hours for optimal consistency
- If freezing longer / overnight let to come to room temp (or microwave for a few seconds) to get to ice cream or custard consistency
