Variations for Dietary Preferences
- Banana– you can also use 1/4 cup soaked cashews, 1/3 cup frozen avocado, or tofu for the frozen banana for added creaminess
- Without the banana you will want to add sweetness, like 2 tbsp of pure maple syrup
- Chocolate protein powder – you can leave this out if you’d like, but add 1 more tbsp of cocoa powder for enough chocolate flavor
- Peanut butter – you can replace with almond butter
- Almond Milk– you can use any milk you’d like. A shaken can of coconut milk will give a nice creamy texture
- Cauliflower– is tasteless here, but you can also use frozen zucchini or just ice
