High protein, hidden veggie, nourishing, and just delicious flavored fall smoothie! With pumpkin, hints of cocoa, and swirls of peanut butter this smoothie is packed with goodness! I used my favorite clean ingredient protein powder in chocolate peanut butter (chocolate will also work) from Just Ingredients brand. Code colleenF10 saves you sitewide!

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 1/2 whole Banana, Frozen (see subs below)
  • 1 cup Cauliflower Rice, Frozen
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Purée
  • 2 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice, Optional- omit if you’re not a pumpkin spice fan
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Process

  1. Blend all ingredients together until creamy
  2. Serve and enjoy!
  3. I drizzled some melted chocolate and a crushed Justin’s organic peanut butter cup on top for a chocolate shell

Notes

Can sub 1/4 cup soaked cashews, 1/3 cup frozen avocado, or tofu for the frozen banana for added creaminess if using chocolate protein powder use 2 tbsp peanut butter. If using chocolate peanut butter flavor protein you can lower PB to 2 tbsp. you can not taste the cauliflower. It just adds thickness being frozen
