Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This rich and creamy chocolate pudding is incredibly smooth, rich, and nourishing, too! Eat as is, with sprinkles on top, or as a dipping treat with apples or pretzels!

Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 2 whole Avocado, Medium ripe
- 1/2 cup Coconut Cream
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder, Or more cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup Medjool Date Syrup, Or maple
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Process
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor, and process until smooth, scraping the sides in between blends
- divide into 4 serving dishes, or place the whole thing in the fridge for 1hour for best consistency and taste
- Enjoy!
- Keep stored in the fridge and enjoy within 2 days
- Feel free to half the recipe
