These Christmas Superfood Freeze Pops are sasy, dye free, and naturally sweetened.

I used THESE popsicle bags!

I grew up on the rainbow colored freeze pops, having 2-3 per summer day. The nostalgia is real for me when it comes to freeze pops.

However, once I learned that they were really just made up of high fructose corn syrup, more sugar, artificial food dyes, and artificial flavors, I knew there had to be a better way!

These pops are full with fruits, veggies, electrolytes, and vitamins! They’re a great comfort treat for sick kiddos too, since they’re loaded with all of the above!

Why You’ll Love These Christmas Superfood Freeze Pops

  • They are gluten & dairy free
  • They are naturally colored and sweetened without artificial colors or flavors
  • They’re customizable with different fruits and juices
  • They’re a nourishing yet festive snack to keep the kiddos healthy this winter / prime sick season!
