Funfetti Protein Cookie Dough Bark

This gluten free, refined sugar free cookie dough bark is so easy to make, and so easy to rip off the sized piece you’re craving to curb that sweet tooth!

Serves: 12

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Cashew Butter
  • 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1/3 cup Organic Vegan White Baking Chips – Pascha Chocolate Co.
  • 1 Tbsp Rainbow Sprinkles – Color Kitchen Foods

Process

  1. Combine all dough ingredients together, fold in mini white chocolate chips, and press down down onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  2. Drizzle melted white chocolate overtop, and spread to the edges
  3. Sprinkle dye free sprinkles overtop
  4. Place in the freezer for an hour
  5. Cut or break into pieces and enjoy!
  6. Store frozen or refrigerated
