Healthy Cosmic Brownie Shake

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen zuchinni slices
- 2 whole medjool dates, pitted
- 2 scoops @KaChava Chocolate all-in-one protein – use code COLLEEN to save
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp almond butter (or hazelnut butter to make it even more fudgey)
- 3/4 cup to 1 1/4 cup coconut milk
For topping
- Dark Chocolate
- Dye-Free Chocolate Gems – I used THIS brand
- No bake brownie chunks
- -4 whole medjool dates, pita removed
- -1/4 cup almond flour
- -2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- -1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- -1/2 tsp vanilla extract



Process
- Make your brownie chunks first by processing ingredients together, scraping the sides as needed, until dough-like
- Press onto parchment paper and refrigerate for 15min+ for easier handling
- Blend all Shake ingredients together until smooth
- For thicker blizzard style be sure to use frozen banana & zucchini and minimal liquid to keep it thick. Scrape the sides of your blender as needed to fully combine
- For thinner sip-able shake you can use fresh banana, omit the zuchinni, and add milk to your liking
- Melt some dark chocolate and dip the rim of your glass in it, then coat with chocolate gems
- Slice your brownies into small chunks, stir throughout your shake, pour into your glass, and enjoy!



I love how easy it to just add all of the filling ingredients to a blender, mix, and pour!
Variations for Dietary Preferences
- Banana – can sub frozen avocado for that same level of creaminess. But add more sweetener if you do, such as another date
- Medjool dates – can sub 2-3 tbsp medjool date syrup or pure maple syrup
- Almond butter – adds a bit more creaminess. Can be left out if you can’t do nuts, or sub with chia seeds or flaxseeds
- Chocolate protein – feel free to use your brand of choice. Or, if you want to leave it out up the cocoa powder to 2-3 tbsp. Feel free to add greek yogurt for more protein
