Satiating, high protein, full of nutritious fats, delicious and FUN snack cups that are approved by kids and adults alike!

Serves: 15

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, Any nut butter
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Coconut, Shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds, **
  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal, **
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Gems – Unreal

Process

  1. Combine your ingredients together, then fold in chocolate chips & gems
  2. Roll into balls then refrigerate until balls hold their shape
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge!

Notes

Can replace the seeds with either or, or omit them all together.
