Key Ingredients
- Orange Juice – or pineapple juice. Adds sweetness and that orange base of your gorgeous sunset
- Lime Juice – adds a touch of zest, freshness, and flavor
- Frozen Dragon fruit Cubes – While dragon fruit doesn’t have much of a taste to it, it compliments a super sweet juice, like orange or pineapple very well. The frozen cubes allow the color to bleed slowly, and maintain the sunset layers, versus just a pink juice, which may bleed right away.
- Frozen raspberries will also work here
- Sparkling Mineral Water– adds that bubbly & refreshing kick, and helps very subtly break down the dragon fruit cubes, for that slow bleed into orange.
- You could also use a clear bubbly “soda” like Olipop in lemon lime or gingerale
How to Make This Sparkling Sunset Mocktail
- Add your ice to a glass
- Fill halfway with orange juice
- Squeeze half of a lime in
- Add frozen dragon fruit cubes
- Top with sparkling mineral water
- Garnish with lime slices & a straw and enjoy!
