Vampire Blood Berry Milkshake

Creepy fun yet secretly healthy! Full of antioxidants, hidden veggies, and a protein boost, too!

Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cherries, Frozen
- 1/2 cup Raspberries, Frozen
- 1/4 cup Avocado, Frozen, or 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 3 Tbsp Cherry Juice, Organic
- 1/3 cup Collagen, Or unflavored protein
- 1 tsp Almond Extract
- 1/4 cup Cherry Juice, Organic
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour
- 2 Tbsp Water

Process
- Make syrup by warming juice on stove. Mix arrowroot and water together until dissolved, then add to warm juice. Stir and it will thicken. Set aside
- Blend all shake ingredients together until smooth
- Line rim with syrup, pour shake, top with coconut whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles, and enjoy!
