Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Bars

These babies are soft, oooey gooey, chocolatey, and SO delicious.
They’re the perfect in between of blondies & banana bread, are sweetened only with whole foods, and only require only 7 ingredients!

Serves: 16
Ingredients
- 2 whole Banana, Spotty/brown
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Medjool Date Syrup, Or maple syrup
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Process
- Combine all ingredients together minus chocolate and combine until smooth
- Fold in half your chocolate gems
- Pour into 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 325 for 25min
- Let cool completely before slicing and enjoy!
