2 ingredient fruit roll ups!

Always looking for ways to re-live my childhood, but in more nourishing versions! And without the mile long list of preservatives and dyes.

These are super simple and totally customizable with the fruit flavor of choice! It doesn’t matters if you use fresh or frozen fruit- I made a batch with each!

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strawberries
  • 1 cup Mango

Process

  1. blend or process together until smooth
  2. pour and spread evenly onto a 13×18 baking sheet fully lined with parchment paper
  3. -bake on the top rack at 225F for about 5 1/2 hours – 6 hours
  4. *this will totally depend on your oven. If you have the time low and slow is best! Some ovens go as low as 180, some as low as 200. You can always cook longer, but you don’t want to crisp the edges!
  5. Your roll ups are ready when it’s not tacky to the touch
  6. -> let cool completely, then use scissors or a pizza cutter to cut horizontally, leaving the parchment paper on, and roll on fruit roll ups. Enjoy being a child all over again
