Fruit and Veggie Freeze Pops

Your favorite summer snack, sweetened with real fruits, without the corn syrup or dyes, and with some sneaky veggies, too! 

 My kids go crazy for anything in popsicle form, so these were such a mom win getting those veggies in! you can find the freeze pop sleeves HERE

Serves: 9

Ingredients

Mango carrot

  • 1 cup Mango
  • 1/4 cup Carrot Juice
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice

Berry beet

  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1/4 cup Beets, Beet juice
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate Juice

Banana spinach

  • 1/2 cup Banana, Frozen
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 cup Spinach

Process

  1. Blend your ingredients together or use a small food processor. Use your silicone funnel that came with your popsicle bags and pour to the fill line
  2. Zip shut and lay flat on a baking tray. Place on the freezer until hardened, about 3 hours
  3. Enjoy!!
