Homemade Gummy Worms

Dye free, and refined sugar free, too! The grass fed beef gelatin adds a boost of protein and glycine, which is good for the gut and skin, too!
I made 2 flavors in total, the halved each, and added a pinch of blue spirulina to bring out the blue and green colors. The key to multi-colored gummies is to pour them into the molds simultaneously!

Serves: 24
Ingredients
Red / purple
- 1 cup Raspberries, Organic, Frozen or fresh
- 1/4 cup Lemonade, No Sugar Added, any juice
- 1/4 cup Grass-Fed Gelatin
- 1/2 cup Lemonade, No Sugar Added
- 1/4 tsp Spirulina Powder, Blue
Yellow / green / blue
- 1 cup Peaches
- 1/4 cup Lemonade, No Sugar Added, Or OJ
- 1/2 cup Lemonade, No Sugar Added
- 1/4 cup Grass-Fed Gelatin
- 1/4 tsp Spirulina Powder, Blue


Process
- Stir together gelatin & 1/2 cup juice in a bowl. After a few minutes it will turn into a thick gelatin like mixture
- Warm raspberries & 1/4 cup juice of choice on stove top until muddled, then add your gelatin mixture and stir until it dissolved
- Pour half the mixture into a separate bowl and add 1/4 tsp blue spirulina and stir
- Use your silicone droppers that come with the gummy worm molds, fill one with the red raspberry and one with the blue raspberry and simultaneously pour into molds. Refrigerate for an hour+
- Remove from mold and enjoy!!!
- (Same process for peach and lemonade / orange juice combination the 1/4 tsp spirulina will turn your other half green. More spirulina will turn it blue )
- Keep refrigerated
Notes
You can use strawberry, raspberry, or apple juice for the strawberry raspberry gummies you can use lemonade, apple juice, or orange juice for the yellow gummies.
