My kiddos absolutely love this treat! Flavored and colored with real fruit.

These are way easier than they look, too. Because I only made TWO flavors (not 6) and still got all these colors! I made Mango & Strawberry.

Then, I simply added pinches of blue spirulina to turn yellow to green & blue, and to turn red -> purple.

Serves: 6

Ingredients

Strawberry (red, orange, & purple)

  • 1 whole Banana, Frozen
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, Can sub full fat vegan yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk, Any milk
  • 1 tsp Spirulina Powder, Blue

Mango (yellow, Blue, green)

  • 1 cup Mango, Frozen
  • 1 whole Banana, Frozen
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Spirulina Powder, Blue

Process

  1. Blend strawberry ingredients until smooth
  2. Pour into 3 bowls
  3. Add a pinch of blue spirulina (or natural blue colorant) to one bowl to make purple.
  4. Add a pinch of natural yellow food colorant @colorkitchenfoods to one bowl to make orange
  5. Blend mango ingredients until smooth.
  6. Pour into 3 bowls
  7. add a tiny pinch of blue spirulina to one bowl to make green
  8. add a bigger pinch of blue to another bowl to make blue
  9. you should now have 6 colors
  10. spoon into popsicle molds in rainbow order
  11. freeze 4+ hours
  12. run molds under warm water a few seconds before trying to remove from popsicles from molds
  13. enjoy!!
  14. You totally could make these with different flavors for each color
