Superfood Freezie Pops are a nostalgic yet incredibly nourishing treat that will take you back to your own childhood, and leave you confident about what you’re providing to your kiddos, too!

Serves: 9

Ingredients

Blueberry Banana Spirulina

  • 1/2 cup Banana, Cut into coins
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 – 2 tsp Spirulina Powder, Blue
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water

Raspberry Dragonfruit

  • 3/4 cup Dragonfruit
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries, Organic
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water

Pineapple turmeric

  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 – 2 tsp Turmeric Powder

Process

  1. For each, blend or use a food processor to bring ingredients to a liquid, pour into popsicle molds, lay flat on a baking sheet, and freeze several hours until hardened!
  2. I used frozen fruits, but fresh or frozen will work here
  3. Feel free to sub mango for pineapple and strawberries for raspberries
