Superfood Freeze Pops

Ingredients

Blueberry Banana Spirulina

  • 1/2 cup Banana Cut into coins
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 - 2 tsp Spirulina Powder Blue
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water

Raspberry Dragonfruit

  • 3/4 cup Dragonfruit
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries Organic
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water

Pineapple Turmeric

  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 - 2 tsp Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  • For each, blend or use a food processor to bring ingredients to a liquid, pour into popsicle molds, lay flat on a baking sheet, and freeze several hours until hardened!
  • I used frozen fruits, but fresh or frozen will work here
  • Feel free to sub mango for pineapple and strawberries for raspberries
