Cookie Dough Caramel Bars

Layered desserts are my favorite because you get multiple desserts in every bite! Smooth protien cookie dough bass, with a silky caramel filling, topped with a rich sea salted chocolate ganache coating.
Gluten free and refined sugar free!

Serves: 12
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cashew Butter, Or peanut butter
- 6 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3 Tbsp Almond Flour
- 4 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup 70% Cacao Organic Vegan Bitter-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips with Organic Stevia – Pascha Chocolate Co.
- 1/3 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, Or cashew butter
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Melted
- 1 Tbsp Unflavored Collagen Peptides Powder – Further Food
- 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tbsp 70% Cacao Organic Vegan Bitter-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips (Bulk) – Pascha Chocolate Co.
- 4 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter

Process
- Combine cookie dough ingredients together, and fold in chocolate chips
- Press into loaf tin lined with parchment paper, and place in the freezer
- Prepare caramel by whisking all ingredients together, then pour overtop cookie dough layer
- Refrigerate for at least an hour
- Melt chocolate and pb together, then pour overtop caramel layer
- Sprinkle with flakey sea salt, and back to the freeze another 20min or so until chocolate is firm
- Slice and enjoy!
