Combine cookie dough ingredients together, and fold in chocolate chips
Press into loaf tin lined with parchment paper, and place in the freezer
Prepare caramel by whisking all ingredients together, then pour overtop cookie dough layer
Refrigerate for at least an hour
Melt chocolate and pb together, then pour overtop caramel layer
Sprinkle with flakey sea salt, and back to the freeze another 20min or so until chocolate is firm
Slice and enjoy!
