Breakfast Protein Oat Cookies

Easy, soft and chewy oat cookies naturally sweetened with ripe banana & pure maple syrup, and ready in just minutes! Gluten free, dairy free, egg free, and so satisfying!

Serves: 9
Ingredients
- 1 whole Banana, Ripe
- 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, Or any nut butter
- 2 – 3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 6 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup Sprouted Rolled Oats – One Degree Organic
- 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tbsp Sugar-Free Chocolate Gems

Process
- Mash banana, then mix in remaining ingredients
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Use a spoon to scoop dough onto parchment paper lined baking sheet, and press down with a fork
- Place dye free chocolate gems on top if desired
- Bake at 375 for 12 minutes
- Top with flakey sea salt and enjoy!
