Breakfast Protein Oat Cookies

Easy, soft and chewy oat cookies naturally sweetened with ripe banana & pure maple syrup, and ready in just minutes! Gluten free, dairy free, egg free, and so satisfying!

Serves: 9

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Banana, Ripe
  • 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, Or any nut butter
  • 2 – 3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 6 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Sprouted Rolled Oats – One Degree Organic
  • 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar-Free Chocolate Gems

Process

  1. Mash banana, then mix in remaining ingredients
  2. Fold in chocolate chips
  3. Use a spoon to scoop dough onto parchment paper lined baking sheet, and press down with a fork
  4. Place dye free chocolate gems on top if desired
  5. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes
  6. Top with flakey sea salt and enjoy!
