Breakfast Protein Oat Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Banana Ripe
  • 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter Or any nut butter
  • 2 - 3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 6 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Sprouted Rolled Oats - One Degree Organic
  • 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar-Free Chocolate Gems

Instructions

  • Mash banana, then mix in remaining ingredients
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Use a spoon to scoop dough onto parchment paper lined baking sheet, and press down with a fork
  • Place dye free chocolate gems on top if desired
  • Bake at 375 for 12 minutes
  • Top with flakey sea salt and enjoy!
