Healthy Jack Frost Blizzard

This thick and creamy, high protein, gluten free & dairy free option blizzard tastes JUST like a chick-fil-a frosted lemonade, but without the excess sugars and with all the benefits

Serves: 3
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Lemonade, No Sugar Added
- 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup, Or honey
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, Vegan greek style yogurt if needed
- 1/2 cup Coconut Cream
- 2 whole Vanilla Protein Powder, 2 scoops
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest and remaining
- 1/4 tsp Spirulina Powder, Blue


Process
- Zest your lemon
- Then slice up the remaining part of the lemon, discarding the ends
- Blend everything together until smooth
- Pour into silicone tray and freeze for 1 hour-2 until hard (optional for thick blizzard style. Otherwise it will be thinner smoothie like)
- Place those in the blender and blend. You may need to scrape the sides in between blends. Can add a splash of coconut milk to help break it up if necessary
- Pour into 2-3 glasses and enjoy!
