Healthy Jack Frost Blizzard

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Lemonade No Sugar Added
  • 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup Or honey
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Vegan greek style yogurt if needed
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Cream
  • 2 whole Vanilla Protein Powder 2 scoops
  • 1 whole Lemon Zest and remaining
  • 1/4 tsp Spirulina Powder Blue

Instructions

  • Zest your lemon
  • Then slice up the remaining part of the lemon, discarding the ends
  • Blend everything together until smooth
  • Pour into silicone tray and freeze for 1 hour-2 until hard (optional for thick blizzard style. Otherwise it will be thinner smoothie like)
  • Place those in the blender and blend. You may need to scrape the sides in between blends. Can add a splash of coconut milk to help break it up if necessary
  • Pour into 2-3 glasses and enjoy!
