3 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Bagels

Soft and fluffy, super easy bagels, that toast to the perfect crisp, too! I topped with chocolate chips, but the possibilities are endless!
Blueberries, Asiago cheese, everything bagel season- use your imagination!

Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1 cup Gluten-Free Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet
- 1 whole Egg Whites


Process
- Whisk flour; baking powder, and salt together
- Add in Greek yogurt and combine. Easier to knead with your hands to get all the crumbs
- Add some choc chips into dough (or save all for topping)
- Place on floured surface and divide dough into 4
- Roll out into approximately 6″ long and fold dough to form bagel
- Press mini choc chips on top
- Brush top and sides with egg white wash
- Place in preheated air fryer and cook for 8-10 min at 350 (check at 8min mark to assure tops aren’t too dark)
- Allow to cool, then eat fluffy goodness as is, or slice and toast and enjoy with toppings of choice!
