3 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Bagels

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet
  • 1 whole Egg Whites

Instructions

  • Whisk flour; baking powder, and salt together
  • Add in Greek yogurt and combine. Easier to knead with your hands to get all the crumbs
  • Add some choc chips into dough (or save all for topping)
  • Place on floured surface and divide dough into 4
  • Roll out into approximately 6" long and fold dough to form bagel
  • Press mini choc chips on top
  • Brush top and sides with egg white wash
  • Place in preheated air fryer and cook for 8-10 min at 350 (check at 8min mark to assure tops aren't too dark)
  • Allow to cool, then eat fluffy goodness as is, or slice and toast and enjoy with toppings of choice!
