Copycat Tastykake Chocolate Frosted Mini Donuts

Gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar FREE version of your favorite childhood snack- tastykake frosted mini donuts!
These have a cakey inside and a rich, smooth chocolate coating that are delicious dipped in milk of choice, or just as a snack on their own!

Serves: 36
Ingredients
- 1/2 cupĀ Almond Flour
- 1/4 cupĀ Oat Flour
- 1/4 cupĀ Vanilla Protein Powder,Ā Or more oat flour
- 1 wholeĀ Banana,Ā Small, mashed. Or half of large
- 1 wholeĀ Egg
- 2 TbspĀ Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 – 3 TbspĀ Almond Milk
- 1 tspĀ Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cupĀ Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2 tspĀ Coconut Oil


Process
- Combine donut ingredients together until smooth
- Pour into piping bag or ziplock with hole cut in corner, and pipe into mini donut pan
- Bake at 350 for 6 minutes
- Remove from donut pan and cool
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil together
- Dip each donut in melted chocolate, then place on parchment paper or wire rack until chocolate hardens
- Enjoy!
