Copycat Tastykake Chocolate Frosted Mini Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder Or more oat flour
  • 1 whole Banana Small, mashed. Or half of large
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 - 3 Tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

  • Combine donut ingredients together until smooth
  • Pour into piping bag or ziplock with hole cut in corner, and pipe into mini donut pan
  • Bake at 350 for 6 minutes
  • Remove from donut pan and cool
  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil together
  • Dip each donut in melted chocolate, then place on parchment paper or wire rack until chocolate hardens
  • Enjoy!
