Serves: 20

Ingredients

Blue (orange mango)

  • 1 cup Orange Juice, Divided
  • 1/4 cup Mango, Puréed
  • 1/4 cup Grass-Fed Gelatin
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp Honey, Optional
  • 1 pinch Spirulina Powder, Blue*

Green (peach lemonade)

  • 1 cup Lemonade, No Sugar Added
  • 1/4 cup Peaches, Puréed
  • 1/4 cup Grass-Fed Gelatin
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp Honey, Optional
  • 1 pinch Matcha Green Tea Powder, *

Filling

  • 3/4 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Water

Process

  1. Make filling- thaw strawberries (frozen allows for more juices), then puree with a squeeze of lemon juice
  2. Put on stovetop over low heat
  3. Mix arrowroot with water until dissolved. Once Berry puree is warm add arrowroot mixture. It will thicken. Set aside away from heat
  4. For each gummy flavor:
  5. Whisk 1/2 cup juice with gelatin. It will thicken into a gelatin bloom
  6. Warm puréed fruit (I took frozen mango, let it thaw, then blend or process with a splash of juice if needed) and remaining 1/2 cup juice on stovetop
  7. Once warm stir in gelatin mixture
  8. If adding blue or green, mix that spirulina or matcha powder with a bit of water to dissolve it, then add to your fruit and juice mixture until desired shade is achieved
  9. Pour or syringe into the bottom half of a silicone mold
  10. Refrigerate for 20 min
  11. Place filling in a piping bag or syringe and dollop onto the center of gummies
  12. Top with remaining gummy juice mixture
  13. Regurgitate an additional 30 min
  14. Remove from mold and enjoy!
  15. Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge

Notes

Can use any natural colorant. No you can’t taste the matcha or spirulina. They’re not overly sweet but my kids and I enjoy them without the added honey. Sweeten to taste. Can use any juice and fruit mixture! I chose the lighter colors to make the filling pop more
