Frosted Lemonade (Chic-fil-a Copycat)

This frosted lemonade is thick and creamy, and bursting with lemon and vanilla flavor! Made gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free, with an optional protein boost, too!

Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Lemonade – Simply Lemonade
- 3/4 cup Coconut Cream
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, Cashew yogurt or yogurt of choice
- 1 whole Lemon, **
- 1 whole Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 Scoop
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup

- Zest your lemon
- Then slice up the remaining part od the lemon, discarding the ends
- Blend everything together until smooth
- Pour into silicone tray and freeze for 1 hour-2 until hard
- Place those in the blender and blend. You may need to scrape the sides in between blends. Can add a splash of coconut milk to help break it up if necessary
- Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
