Frosted Lemonade (Chic-fil-a Copycat)

This frosted lemonade is thick and creamy, and bursting with lemon and vanilla flavor! Made gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free, with an optional protein boost, too!

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Lemonade – Simply Lemonade
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, Cashew yogurt or yogurt of choice
  • 1 whole Lemon, **
  • 1 whole Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 Scoop
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  1. Zest your lemon
  2. Then slice up the remaining part od the lemon, discarding the ends
  3. Blend everything together until smooth
  4. Pour into silicone tray and freeze for 1 hour-2 until hard
  5. Place those in the blender and blend. You may need to scrape the sides in between blends. Can add a splash of coconut milk to help break it up if necessary
  6. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
