No Bake Brownie Bites

Only 6 ingredients needed for these dense, fudgey, no bake brownie bites! Topped with a chocolate peanut butter ganache and flakey sea salt for a decadent melt in your mouth dessert.

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Medjool Dates
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter, Or tahini or cashew/peanut/nut butter of choice
  • 5 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 6 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 pinch Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

Process

  1. If your dates aren’t soft then soak them in hot water for at least 10 min
  2. Process dates & almond butter (nut butter of choice) together
  3. Add in cocoa powder & salt and process until smooth, scraping sides as needed
  4. Press down into a loaf tin lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 min
  5. Melt chocolate and drippy peanut butter together and smooth
  6. Slice brownies into squares, drizzle with ganache and top with crushed peanuts (optional) and flakey sea salt
  7. Place in the fridge for 10min+ until ganache is firm, then enjoy!
  8. Keep stored in the fridge
