If your dates aren't soft then soak them in hot water for at least 10 min
Process dates & almond butter (nut butter of choice) together
Add in cocoa powder & salt and process until smooth, scraping sides as needed
Press down into a loaf tin lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 min
Melt chocolate and drippy peanut butter together and smooth
Slice brownies into squares, drizzle with ganache and top with crushed peanuts (optional) and flakey sea salt
Place in the fridge for 10min+ until ganache is firm, then enjoy!
