Healthy Christmas Gummies
No artificial dyes or corn syrup. These homemade gummies are easy, only require a few ingredients, and pack the antioxidants and a protein & glycine boost, too!
Glycine is an essential amino acid that helps with joint health, skin health, and the health of our guts. Option to make them sour version, too! These are a delicious snack for kids and adults alike! THIS is my favorite high quality grass fed beef gelatin.

Serves: 12
Ingredients
Mango Lemonade (green)
- 1 cup Lemonade, No Sugar Added
- 1/4 cup Mango, *
- 1/4 cup Grass-Fed Gelatin
- 1/8 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder, *
Strawberry Raspberry
- 1 cup Strawberry Juice, Sub any red/pink juice
- 1/4 cup Raspberries, Frozen
- 1/4 cup Grass-Fed Gelatin

Process
- For each flavor, whisk gelatin with 1/2 cup juice, and allow to sit for a few min to thicken into a gelatin bloom
- On stove combine fruit and remaining juice. Muddle the fruit with the juice until broken down. You can strain the fruit and juice mixture if desired
- Add gelatin mix with the warmed fruit mixture and stir until gelatin has dissolved
- For lemonade, add a pinch of green matcha powder with a pinch of water to dissolve the powder, then add to the lemonade mixture until desired green is achieved.
- Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate an hour
- Pop out of the mold and enjoy!
- For the sour ones you can add 2 tbsp lemon juice to each mix before warming, and coat in citrus vitamin c powder (I like pure synergy brand. It’s sour and tastes good)
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge

Notes
Can use orange juice or lemonade for the green. I used matcha but you can use spirulina powder or a natural green colorant to help get the Christmas green. Can use strawberry juice, raspberry juice, watermelon juice, or strawberry lemonade for the red. The puréed raspberries add a delicious flavor and a more vibrant red.
