Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp

Loaded with flavor, you’ll totally satisfy your restaurant craving with these bad boys. They’re gluten & dairy free, and they’ll be a weekly staple for you once you try them!

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Shrimp, Raw
  • 1/3 cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs, *
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise – Primal Kitchen
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice

Process

  1. Coat your shrimp in flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumbs.
  2. Place in air fryer and spray with avocado oil spray
  3. Cook at 400 for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook 4 more minutes
  4. Combine sauce ingredients together. Place cooked shrimp in your sauce and coat all shrimp
  5. Enjoy!

Notes

*I use gluten free crackers processed finely as my bread crumbs
