Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp

Ingredients

Shrimp

  • 1 1/2 lb Shrimp Raw
  • 1/3 cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs *

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise - Primal Kitchen
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice

Instructions

  • Coat your shrimp in flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumbs.
  • Place in air fryer and spray with avocado oil spray
  • Cook at 400 for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook 4 more minutes
  • Combine sauce ingredients together. Place cooked shrimp in your sauce and coat all shrimp
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*I use gluten free crackers processed finely as my bread crumbs.
