Chocolate Covered Strawberry Roses

I used organic vegan white chocolate, and natural colorants to keep these completely vegan / dairy free, gluten free, and artificial dye-free!

Why You’ll Love These Chocolate Covered Strawberry Roses

Key Ingredients
- Strawberries
- White chocolate – I used Pascha Organic Vegan white chocolate
- Natural colorant – I used ColorKitchenFoods brand

Process
- Melt your white chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each interval, until smooth
- Divide between small bowls and add your natural colorant to each different bowl
- Cut tops off strawberries, and place a popsicle stick in the center, and dip in melted white chocolate
- Allow those to harden in the fridge, then remove popsicle stick
- Fill flower mold with more white chocolate and place your strawberry on top. Allow to harden in fridge or freezer
- Remove from mold and place in gift box, or, if saving for yourself simply keep in an airtight container in the fridge
