Melt your white chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each interval, until smooth
Divide between small bowls and add your natural colorant to each different bowl
Cut tops off strawberries, and place a popsicle stick in the center, and dip in melted white chocolate
Allow those to harden in the fridge, then remove popsicle stick
Fill flower mold with more white chocolate and place your strawberry on top. Allow to harden in fridge or freezer
Remove from mold and place in gift box, or, if saving for yourself simply keep in an airtight container in the fridge
