Chocolate Covered Strawberry Roses

Ingredients

  • 2 dozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate I used Pascha Organic Vegan
  • 1 pinch all natural colorant in colors of choice (I like Colorkitchenfoods)

Instructions

  • Melt your white chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each interval, until smooth
  • Divide between small bowls and add your natural colorant to each different bowl
  • Cut tops off strawberries, and place a popsicle stick in the center, and dip in melted white chocolate
  • Allow those to harden in the fridge, then remove popsicle stick
  • Fill flower mold with more white chocolate and place your strawberry on top. Allow to harden in fridge or freezer
  • Remove from mold and place in gift box, or, if saving for yourself simply keep in an airtight container in the fridge
