Chocolate Raspberry Protein Banana Bread

With the decadent pairing of dark chocolate and raspberries, this makes for the perfect addition to your breakfast plate, or your after meal sweet tooth cap!

Serves: 12
Ingredients
- 3 whole Banana, Medium, ripe
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 2/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Raspberries, Organic

Process
- In one bowl whisk dry ingredients together
- In another mash your banana, add remaining wet ingredients, and whisk well
- Add in dry ingredients
- Fold in most of chocolate chips and raspberries (reserving some for topping)
- Pour into loaf tin lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 350 for 55-60 min
- After 10-15 lift sides of parchment paper to remove from loaf tin, place on a cooling rack, and allow to cool fully before slicing
