Chocolate Raspberry Protein Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Banana Medium, ripe
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 2/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries Organic

Instructions

  • In one bowl whisk dry ingredients together
  • In another mash your banana, add remaining wet ingredients, and whisk well
  • Add in dry ingredients
  • Fold in most of chocolate chips and raspberries (reserving some for topping)
  • Pour into loaf tin lined with parchment paper
  • Bake at 350 for 55-60 min
  • After 10-15 lift sides of parchment paper to remove from loaf tin, place on a cooling rack, and allow to cool fully before slicing
