Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 scoops @Kachava Coconut Acai all-in-one nutrition shake (use code COLLEEN to save)
- 1 cup lite coconut milk – shaken from 1 can
- 1 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter

How to Make Coconut Acai and Peanut Butter Smoothie
- Blend ingredients together until smooth. For a thicker shake or to make into a bowl start with 1/2 cup milk, and scrape the sides as needed to fully blend without without relying on more liquid
- Once smooth, pour into a glass and optionally, top with coconut chips and a drizzle of peanut butter!

I love how easy it to just add all of the filling ingredients to a blender, mix, and pour!
I used store bought coconut chips for topping here. If you have time, I recommend toasting your own coconut. It is SO tasty and flavorful!
Variations for Dietary Preferences
- Banana– can sub frozen avocado to bring out that creaminess without altering the flavor. Add more sweetener, though
- Coconut Acai Protein – the flavor of Ka’Chava’s coconut acai shake here is excellent. It really brings together the coconut and berry flavors! However, you can sub with an acai packet and vanilla protein powder, too!
- Additional add ins– feel free to add seeds (chia, flax, or hemp) for more nutrition. Can also add in mild veggies like frozen cauliflower rice or zucchini (both tasteless in smoothies)

And YES you can absolutely make this into your favorite Acai smoothie bowl, with even more toppings!
