Blend ingredients together until smooth. For a thicker shake or to make into a bowl start with 1/2 cup milk, and scrape the sides as needed to fully blend without without relying on more liquid
Once smooth, pour into a glass and optionally, top with coconut chips and a drizzle of peanut butter!
