Crispy Crab Balls

Ditch the overpriced restaurant appetizers and make your favorite seafood bites at home! Made without the inflammatory oil and still all the goodness of your indulgent favorites!

Serves: 24
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lump Crab Meat
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise – Primal Kitchen
- 2/3 cup Panko Bread Crumbs, *any gf bread crumbs OR pork rind crumbs
- 1 Tbsp Mustard, Spicy Brown
- 1 whole Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning, To your tasting
- Knead all ingredients together with hands and form into 24 balls
- Refrigerate for 30 min
- Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- Broil for an addition 3-4 minutes, until golden crisp topping
- Let cool and enjoy with special sauce! I like sir Kensington’s special sauce

I love using pork rind crumbs in place of bread crumbs
