Crispy Crab Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lump Crab Meat
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise - Primal Kitchen
  • 2/3 cup Panko Bread Crumbs *any gf bread crumbs OR pork rind crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard Spicy Brown
  • 1 whole Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning To your tasting

Instructions

  • Knead all ingredients together with hands and form into 24 balls
  • Refrigerate for 30 min
  • Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
  • Broil for an addition 3-4 minutes, until golden crisp topping
  • Let cool and enjoy with special sauce! I like sir Kensington's special sauce

Notes

I love using pork rind crumbs in place of bread crumbs
