*any gf bread crumbs OR pork rind crumbs

Instructions
Knead all ingredients together with hands and form into 24 balls
Refrigerate for 30 min
Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Broil for an addition 3-4 minutes, until golden crisp topping
Let cool and enjoy with special sauce! I like sir Kensington's special sauce

I love using pork rind crumbs in place of bread crumbs
