Dye Free Patriotic Jello Jigglers

No l artificial colors, no jello packets, and no artificial flavorings needed with these fun and fruity holiday gummies!

Serves: 20

Ingredients

Red

  • 1 cup Watermelon, Watermelon juice. Or red ish juice of choice
  • 3 Tbsp Organic Strawberry Syrup
  • 3 Tbsp Grass-Fed Gelatin

White

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Grass-Fed Gelatin

Blue

  • 1 cup Lemonade, No Sugar Added
  • 3 Tbsp Organic Piña Colada Syrup
  • 3 Tbsp Grass-Fed Gelatin
  • 1/2 tsp Spirulina Powder, Blue

Process

  1. Shake your can of coconut milk to combine milk/cream together
  2. For each layer whisk juice, syrup, and gelatin quickly together. Let sit for a few min until it thickens
  3. Move to low-med heat, stirring regularly, until warmed and gelatin dissolves
  4. Spray an 8×8 dish with non stick spray, or line with parchment paper
  5. Pour red layer into the dish, then refrigerate 30 min
  6. Complete with white layer, and pour overtop red, let refrigerate 30 min, then top with blue and finish setting for an additional 30 min
  7. Slice into squares, and enjoy!
  8. Keep stored in the fridge
