Shake your can of coconut milk to combine milk/cream together
For each layer whisk juice, syrup, and gelatin quickly together. Let sit for a few min until it thickens
Move to low-med heat, stirring regularly, until warmed and gelatin dissolves
Spray an 8x8 dish with non stick spray, or line with parchment paper
Pour red layer into the dish, then refrigerate 30 min
Complete with white layer, and pour overtop red, let refrigerate 30 min, then top with blue and finish setting for an additional 30 min
Slice into squares, and enjoy!
