Easy Mango Froyo

If you’re as excited for warmer temperatures as I am than you will love celebrating with this 3 ingredient mango froyo!

So easy, high protein, and no refined sugars added here! I topped mine toasted coconut flakes and mini white chocolate chips and it was the perfect treat!

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mango
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp Honey

Process

  1. Blend ingredients together, then pour into ice cube tray/silicone tray and freeze until hardened, at least 3 hours
  2. Then, place frozen cubes in blender or processor and blend until smooth, scraping sides in between. It will be thick! If you need help blending add a little more yogurt, but not liquid as it will take away from the frozen yogurt could consistency
  3. Enjoy right away!
  4. Store leftovers in freezer and allow to thaw 15/20 min to soft (or microwave slightly)
