Easy Mango Froyo

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mango
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients together, then pour into ice cube tray/silicone tray and freeze until hardened, at least 3 hours
  • Then, place frozen cubes in blender or processor and blend until smooth, scraping sides in between. It will be thick! If you need help blending add a little more yogurt, but not liquid as it will take away from the frozen yogurt could consistency
  • Enjoy right away!
  • Store leftovers in freezer and allow to thaw 15/20 min to soft (or microwave slightly)
