Why You’ll Love This Fall Harvest Fruit Salad
- It makes the perfect side dish to bring to any fall gathering, including the Thanksgiving table!
- The toasted pecans and the apple pie spice bring out that cozy fall flavor with each bite
- It’s made with nourishing ingredients

Ingredients
- 2 Green Apples, or Pears
- 2 Red Apples
- 4 Clementines, or 2 Oranges
- 1 cup Pecans
- 3/4 cup Raisins or Craisins
- 1 cup Grapes
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 cup Light Golden Coconut Sugar
- Zest from 1 lemon
- Zest from 1 orange
- 1/4 tsp Apple Pie Spice

How to Make Fall Harvest Fruit Salad
- Make your dressing first
- Combine ingredients together in a small sauce pan, and heat over low-medium heat until slow boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer 3-4 minutes, stirring every minute or so
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer, and set aside to cool
- Toast pecans at 350 for 6-8 minutes, until you can start them
- Core and dice apples, and toss them in lemon juice to prevent them from brownies
- Add grapes, green apples, red apples, peeled orange slices, raisins, and toasted pecans to a serving bowl
- Toss with cooled dressing, and enjoy!
- Best if used within 1-2 days
- Keep leftovers stored in the fridge

I love how easy it to just whisk the ingredients together, strain, and drizzle!
Variations
- Use dried cranberries in place of raisins
- Add pomegranate seeds and/or pumpkin seeds for more of a fall touch
- Use pears in place of some of the apples
- Replace the apple pie spice with cinnamon
