Make your dressing first
Combine ingredients together in a small sauce pan, and heat over low-medium heat until slow boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer 3-4 minutes, stirring every minute or so
Strain through a fine mesh strainer, and set aside to cool
Toast pecans at 350 for 6-8 minutes, until you can start them
Core and dice apples, and toss them in lemon juice to prevent them from brownies
Add grapes, green apples, red apples, peeled orange slices, raisins, and toasted pecans to a serving bowl
Toss with cooled dressing, and enjoy!
Best if used within 1-2 days
