Healthier Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Ball

This Game day chocolate chip cheesecake ball is SURE to be a crowd pleaser!! It’s low sugar, has a protein boost, and made with better ingredients overall than your traditional cheesecake dips It’s super easy to throw together, too!

Serve with gluten free pretzels, nilla wafers (try my healthy homemade Nilla wafers on my page!) or graham crackers (yes, I also have a cleaned up version for those!)

Serves: 24

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat, I used organic probiotic rich cream cheese from Nancy’s brand
  • 1/2 cup Cashew Butter
  • 1/2 cup Confectioners Sugar, Powdered – Swerve
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet

Process

  1. Hand mix your cream cheese and cashew butter together
  2. Add in sugar, protein, and vanilla and whip until smooth
  3. Add 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips and combine
  4. Place in plastic wrap and shape into ball
  5. Place in freezer for half hour
  6. Then remove plastic wrap, place on serving platter, use a spatula to fix the football shape if need be
  7. Place white chocolate chips for football lines, then cover the rest in mini chocolate chips
  8. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve!
