Variations for Dietary Preferences
- Cream Cheese- a vegan cream cheese will work fine here, too!
- Vanilla protein powder – if you don’t want to use protein powder you’ll want to up the powdered sugar by 3-4tbsp
- Powdered monkfruit – you can use organic powdered sugar, but it does need to be powdered versus granular or the texture won’t hold up
- Cashew butter – you can sub with ghee, or softened butter. You could also use sun butter, or peanut butter if you’d prefer a chocolate peanut butter cup flavor
I love how easy it to just add all of the filling ingredients to a bowl, mix, and freeze!
